Zima Logistics LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Contractor Calc Pro iOS application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Contractor Calc Pro does not require an account and does not collect any personally identifiable information. All calculator inputs, results, and saved calculations are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Anonymous Usage Diagnostics

The app collects anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics (no personal data, no tracking) so we can prioritize fixes. The device identifier is a random per-install value that resets on reinstall and is never linked to your identity, never used for advertising, and never shared. Diagnostics never include your calculation inputs or saved results. If your App Store account is in the EU, EEA, or UK, diagnostics are off by default and only collected if you opt in — you can change this in Settings → Privacy.

Purchase Data

In-app purchases (the Carpentry Pack) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy practices govern purchase transactions; see apple.com/legal/privacy for details.

How We Use Information

Because we collect no personal data, we have no personal data to use, share, or sell. Calculations you perform and results you save remain exclusively on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties because we do not collect any personal information.

Data Retention

All data (saved calculations, preferences, recent history) is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. You can delete this data at any time by:

• Deleting individual saved calculations within the App
• Deleting the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data

Children's Privacy

Contractor Calc Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us at support@zima-logistics.com and we will address it promptly.

Security

Since all data remains on your device, its security is governed by your device's operating system and your iOS security settings (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device and iOS updated.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or social media services. The only third-party interaction is through Apple's App Store for app distribution and in-app purchase processing.

This website (contractor-calc.zima-logistics.com)

This marketing website — separate from the app — uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, and which links are clicked, such as the App Store button). This helps us measure which content and campaigns are effective. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data per Google's privacy policy. The data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. This applies only to the website; the Contractor Calc Pro app itself still collects nothing and makes no network calls. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on or any content blocker.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
